These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TutorTrees website and services. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
TutorTrees is a platform that connects parents and students with independent, verified home and online tutors. We facilitate introductions, demo classes, and ongoing coordination between students and tutors.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for parents, students, and tutors who are legally able to enter into an agreement. Tutors must provide accurate qualification, identity, and experience details during registration.
3. Tutor Verification
We take reasonable steps to verify the identity and qualifications of tutors listed on our platform. However, parents and students are encouraged to conduct their own assessment during the free demo class.
4. Fees and Payments
Tuition fees are communicated transparently before classes begin. Any payment arrangements between students and tutors are subject to the specific package agreed upon with our counsellor.
5. Free Demo Class
Every new student enquiry is entitled to one free demo class with a shortlisted tutor. Regular classes begin only after the parent or student approves the tutor.
6. Tutor Replacement
If a tutor is not a suitable match, TutorTrees will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement tutor promptly at no additional cost.
7. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information, communicate respectfully, and use the platform only for legitimate tutoring purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
TutorTrees acts as a facilitator between students and tutors. While we vet all tutors, we are not liable for the outcome of individual tutoring engagements beyond our stated verification and replacement commitments.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
